5 The general structure and sequence of operation instruction
5.1 The subordinate par does not include every product, it can be chosen properly according to the characteristics of products.
5.2 The cover of operation instruction
   The cover of operation instruction should have the word “instruction”、the name of product(such as model, brand, series and so on )、the name of manufactory, and it an be attached to the registered trademark etc. The operation instruction of export products should add the words “The People’s Republic of China” before the firm’s name.
5.3 catalogue or table of contents
5.4 Foreword
   Include the product categories, the brief introduction of use and so on.
5.5 Primary coverage
5.5.1 The name of products, registered trademark or logo:
a) The name include scientific name, vulgo and name of commodity
b) The hazardous chemicals should add the sign of dangerous gppds.
5.5.2 Molecular formula or chemical structural formula and relative molecular mass.
5.5.3 The general physicochemical properties include density, melting point, boiling point, water-solubility, PH and so on.
5.5.4 Quality specifications include the following contents at least:
     a) Product standard code
     b) The appearance of product and main technical parameters.
     c) Product packaging method, packing specification (the net mass)
     d) Expiration data, and indicate the way of disposing the expired products.
5.5.5 Main raw materials
5.5.6 Methods of production and the simple process
5.5.7 Purpose and use
5.5.7.1 The main purpose, range of application, dosage and the use effect.
5.5.7.2 The technical conditions of the use, usage method and warnings.
5.5.8 Storage and transport conditions, the measures for emergency in the process of storage and use.
5.5.9 Fire prevention, explosion-proof, quakeproof, radiation protection and corrosiveness resistance.
5.5.10 After service
5.5.11 Back cover: back cover includes the factory address, code, telephone number, web site, E-mail, print data and so on.
